At our clinic, the safety, comfort, and privacy of our clients and staff are extremely important. For this reason, we operate a strict no children policy during appointments

Many of the treatments we provide involve medical-grade equipment, needles, sharp instruments, clinical waste, and specialist products that must be handled within a controlled and sterile environment. The presence of children in treatment areas creates potential safety risks and may also compromise the professional and clinical standards we maintain

In addition, many of our clients attend appointments expecting a quiet, relaxing, and private treatment experience. Allowing children in the clinic can unintentionally disrupt this environment for both clients and practitioners

For these reasons:

• Children are not permitted in treatment rooms under any circumstances

• Children may not be left unattended in the reception or waiting area

• Clients must attend appointments alone unless a pre-approved support person is required

If you arrive for your appointment with a child, we may unfortunately need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, and our cancellation or late notice policy may still apply

We strongly recommend arranging appropriate childcare prior to your appointment to avoid disappointment
