Special Offers & Discounted Prices Policy
Deposit & Booking Requirements A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total treatment cost is required to secure all special offer or discounted price appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the 50% deposit being retained. Appointment reminders are sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule to avoid charges being applied. We reserve the right to request payment in full before confirming a booking. If full payment is taken, this amount will be treated in accordance with our non-refundable booking fee policy and retained in line with the late cancellation terms above.
Treatment Terms Special offer or discounted prices apply to one treatment only. Any additional treatments carried out during the same appointment will be charged at the full standard rate. Gift vouchers cannot be used when booking a special offer or discounted appointment. If you miss a special offer appointment, the promotional price cannot be transferred or carried over to another date.
Social Media Requirement All special offer and discounted prices are offered strictly for social media and marketing purposes .By booking a special offer appointment, you agree to: Video and/or photographic content being taken during your treatment The use of this content on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials If you do not wish for photos or videos to be taken or used, the full standard treatment price will apply, and the special offer price will be withdrawn
