Our treatment packages are designed to offer clients a reduced rate when committing to a course of treatments. By purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Payment Terms
Full payment for treatment packages is required at the time of booking in order to secure the package and treatment appointments

Promotions & Offers
Treatment packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated

Package prices are fixed and cannot be altered by applying promotional prices from individual treatments. (For example, if Lumi Eyes is on promotion for £69 and a Skin Booster is on promotion for £79, these promotional prices cannot be applied to treatments within a package). Treatments must be charged at the advertised package price

Packages are specifically priced as a combined treatment plan and individual promotional pricing does not apply

Treatment Schedule
Some treatments within a package require appointments to be carried out at specific intervals in order to achieve optimal results. For example, Lumi Eyes treatments must be carried out every 4 weeks for a minimum of 3 treatments to achieve the full and recommended results. It is the client’s responsibility to attend appointments within the recommended timeframe

Failure to Maintain Treatment Schedule
If a client fails to attend or maintain the recommended treatment schedule, this may affect the effectiveness and results of the treatment. The clinic cannot be held responsible for reduced or unsatisfactory results due to missed or delayed appointments

Refund Policy
Treatment packages are non-refundable. If a client chooses not to complete their course of treatments or fails to attend scheduled sessions, any remaining treatments within the package will be forfeited
