Image & Promotional Consent Policy

Use of Client Images

At LAVISH AESTHETIC (CLINIC) LIMITED, we may request permission to use client photographs and/or video recordings for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

  • With your consent, your images may be used in:

  • Company publications

  • Marketing materials

  • Social media channels

  • Advertising campaigns

  • Our website

  • Digital and print media

 

By providing consent, you grant LAVISH AESTHETIC (CLINIC) LIMITED a worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, display and distribute your images in any media format for promotional purposes.

Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us on 02921 302333.

Upon withdrawal:

  • We will stop using your images in any new marketing or promotional materials.

  • We will remove images from internal systems where reasonably practicable.


Images already published may remain in existing materials where we have a legitimate business interest in retaining them, unless consent is formally withdrawn.

Duration of Consent
Consent forms are held on file for three (3) months from the date of signature

If consent is renewed, previously published images may continue to be used without interruption

If consent is not renewed, previously published materials may remain in circulation in accordance with our legitimate interest policy unless consent is expressly withdrawn.

Promotional or Discounted Treatments  - Important Condition
 
Where a treatment is provided at a promotional, discounted, model, gifted, or otherwise reduced rate on the condition that marketing consent is given, that consent forms a material part of the agreement between the client and LAVISH AESTHETIC (CLINIC) LIMITED.
 
Clients always retain the right to withdraw consent. However, if consent is withdrawn within six (6) months of the treatment date, the promotional or discounted rate will be deemed void.
 
If you withdraw your consent within six (6) months of your treatment date, you will become immediately liable for the outstanding balance between the promotional price paid and the full standard treatment price.
 
This balance will become due and payable upon withdrawal of consent. No refund, discount, or price adjustment will apply.
 
This condition applies only where the reduced price was expressly offered in exchange for marketing consent.
