Treatment Product Policy

All products are prepared and opened specifically for your treatment. For safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance reasons, once a product has been opened it cannot be reused, stored for future use, or used on another client under any circumstances. This policy strictly follows infection control, manufacturer guidelines, and clinical safety standards.

We are also unable to provide or hand over any remaining product to clients. Once opened, products must remain within the clinical environment and be disposed of appropriately in line with health and safety regulations.

If a percentage of the treatment product remains unused during your treatment, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds for the difference. Treatment pricing reflects the professional service provided, practitioner expertise, clinical time, sterile preparation, facility costs, and product preparation — not solely the volume of product administered.

Treatment outcomes and product requirements vary between individuals. In some cases, additional product or further sessions may be recommended to achieve optimal results. Should further treatment be required, this will be charged at the same rate as your initial treatment.
