Our training courses are designed to provide students with the knowledge, practical skills, and certification required to safely perform aesthetic treatments. By enrolling in a course with our Aesthetic Training Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to the start of the course in order to secure your place on the training programme

Attendance Requirements
Students are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions during the course period. Consistent attendance is essential to ensure students receive the full training and practical experience required

If a student misses two lessons during the course period, they may be removed from the course. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued
​
Certification
Certificates will only be issued to students who have successfully completed the full course, attended the required sessions, demonstrated the necessary competence during training, and paid all outstanding balances in full. Certificates will not be issued until the course has been fully paid for.

Student Equipment
Students may use their own equipment during training if they wish. However, if equipment is more than 12 months old, a valid PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) certificate must be provided to confirm that the equipment has been tested and is safe to use
 
Insurance
The Academy may recommend an insurance broker for students. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct insurance cover in place prior to attending the course. A copy of the insurance certificate must be provided before the course begins
 
Additional Training
Any additional lessons requested outside of the course timescale will be charged at £165.00 per hour.

Refund Policy
All course payments are non-refundable. If a student fails to attend, withdraws from the course, or is removed due to excessive absences, no refund will be provided
