Payment Terms 

The following payment terms apply to all students enrolling onto our training courses. Please read the information carefully before completing your enrolment.
 
Course Payment
Full payment for the course must be made within 14 days of enrolling. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in the course booking being cancelled or the place being offered to another student

Cooling-Off Period

Students have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolling onto the course. If you choose to cancel your enrolment within this period, you may be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day cooling-off period has expired
 

Equipment and Collection

If a student chooses not to return to the course and has purchased equipment through the academy, equipment purchases are non-refundable. However, the equipment will be available for collection within 14 days from the last date the student attended the course. Any equipment not collected within this timeframe may no longer be held by the academy.

 
Outstanding Balances
All course fees must be paid in full before the completion of the course. Certificates will not be issued until any outstanding balances have been cleared.3

 
Certification
Students who successfully complete the training course and have settled all outstanding payments will be awarded a CPD Certificate.
 
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling onto the course, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms and conditions.5. Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to update or amend these payment terms and conditions where necessary

Payment Methods
Payments for all courses must be made either via BACS bank transfer or card payment.

BACS Bank Transfer
If paying by BACS, students must ensure the correct bank details are used and include their full name as the payment reference so the payment can be correctly identified.

Card Payment
Card payments can be made using the secure payment method provided at the time of booking or enrolment
​
All payments must be completed within the required payment timeframe. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure payments are made on time and confirmation of payment is retained where necessary.
