Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment time will not incur a charge, and any deposit paid will be transferable in line with our policy below. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment start time will result in the loss of your 50% deposit. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. This payment is non-refundable. Appointment reminders are sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. It remains your responsibility to contact us in sufficient time should you need to rearrange.
Transfer of Booking Fees Booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. However, booking fees may be transferred to a new appointment once only, provided the new appointment is secured within 72 hours of the original booking date.
Payment in Full Lavish Aesthetics (Clinic) Limited reserves the right to request payment in full prior to confirming a booking. Where full payment is taken in advance, this amount will be treated in accordance with the same terms as a booking fee and may be retained in proportion to the above late cancellation or no-show charges. If no booking fee or card capture has been taken and you cancel within 24 hours, we reserve the right to request a late cancellation charge of up to 50% (or 100% in certain circumstances) of the total appointment cost before allowing any future bookings. Clients who fail to attend without contacting the clinic may be removed from our booking system. Any future appointments will require payment in full in advance.
Booking Fees & Card Details To secure your treatment, Lavish Aesthetics (Clinic) Limited may require either valid card details or a non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking. All card details are securely stored within our encrypted booking system and are not accessible or viewable by the clinic. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total treatment cost is required to secure your appointment. Where card details are captured, 50% of the treatment cost may be taken as a deposit to secure the booking.
