Training Resources

All training manuals, course materials, documents, presentations, images, videos, protocols, and other educational resources provided by Lavish Academy (collectively referred to as "Training Resources") remain the sole intellectual property of Lavish Academy unless otherwise stated

Training Resources are provided exclusively to enrolled students for the purpose of completing their training course and for their personal educational use only. No ownership rights are transferred to the student

Students are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, scanning, recording, distributing, publishing, uploading, sharing, selling, licensing, or otherwise transmitting any part of the Training Resources to any third party without the prior written consent of Lavish Academy. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing materials via email, messaging platforms, social media, cloud storage services, websites, or printed copies

Students must not use Lavish Academy Training Resources for the purpose of delivering their own training courses, creating competing educational materials, or reproducing the content for commercial gain

Lavish Academy reserves the right to amend, restrict access to, or withdraw Training Resources at any time where it is deemed necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving misuse, unauthorised distribution, breach of academy policies, or protection of intellectual property

Any unauthorised use, disclosure, reproduction, or distribution of Training Resources will be treated as a serious breach of Lavish Academy’s Terms and Conditions and may result in disciplinary action. This may include the immediate suspension or termination of the student’s course, withdrawal of certification eligibility, and where appropriate, legal action to protect Lavish Academy’s intellectual property rights

Students must also ensure that any personal data or confidential information contained within training materials is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Any misuse, unauthorised disclosure, or unlawful processing of personal data may constitute a breach of these regulations and may lead to further legal consequences

By enrolling in a Lavish Academy course and accessing Training Resources, students acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.
